Your tasks
- You optimize the entire P2P process with your team, identify efficiency potentials, and drive digitalization from demand capture to invoice approval
- You conduct tenders and develop supplier and procurement strategies in close cooperation with Key Account Management to reduce costs, increase quality, and minimize risks
- Together with internal departments and suppliers, you ensure that our strategic procurement and cost targets are met
- You support the operational business in timely supply of products and services and ensure an optimal price/performance ratio
- You build a professional supplier management, actively manage relationships, and continuously develop the portfolio
Your profile
- You have training as a purchasing manager (HFP) or a university degree in business administration, economics, or finance and bring leadership experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- You can analyze complex contexts, structure information, and position the P2P process as a central corporate task
- You have experience in operational and strategic procurement, preferably in facility management or building maintenance, and are familiar with process optimization and centralization
- You lead your team inspiringly, promote development, and keep both the big picture and details in view
- You bring solid knowledge of contract law, strong negotiation skills, and project experience; ideally, you know the e-procurement tool Coupa
- You convince with your communicative and cooperative manner and achieve sustainable results with stakeholders
