For our growing Facility Management organisation at a Financial Services client in Zürich we are looking for a:
Facility Specialist
Your main tasks:
• Management and processing of technical alarms, fires and burglar alarm systems.
• Furnishing of conference and meeting rooms.
• Management of technical support requests on call. Including the creation of order numbers and the control of invoices.
• Participation in on-call duties and 24-hour deployment in the event of technical alarms.
• Management of visitor passes, access controls and parking spaces.
• Economy and warehouse management.
• Planning of preventive maintenance measures on technical sys-tems.
• Quality control and implementation of corrective measures by the external cleaning service and external suppliers.
• Obtaining and checking external supplier offers
• Planning, organization and management of internal relocations.
Additional tasks
Regular postal service administration:
• Collection, acceptance, sorting and dispatch of mail items.
• Preparation and franking of outgoing mail.
• Ensuring that mail is forwarded smoothly to the relevant de-partments and floors.
Other additional tasks:
• Responsible for the completeness of the tool inventory
• Checking the ladders and managing the inventory
• Control and monthly review of external provider badges
Your profile:
• At least 2-3 years in a similar function
• Fluency in written and spoken English language
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Displays proactive day-to-day problem solving, with ownership and pride
• A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs
• Experienced working in the service industry in a customer facing role
• Strong technical skills required (handyman tasks)
• A basic understanding of good health & safety practices. Engages in Health & Safety culture
