Job Description
- You are the first point of contact for our guests and customers regarding all event services – before, during and after the event, by phone, in writing or of course also personally on site
- Careful maintenance of customer data in the PMS is part of your daily routine as well as creating clear function sheets so that all departments work perfectly together
- You enthusiastically present our hotel during guided tours – and you enjoy contributing to sales campaigns and sales talks
- Actively acquiring new customers is your strength, and you enjoy expanding our customer portfolio
- You maintain existing customer relationships with sensitivity and commitment – you enjoy communication and build trust for long-term partnerships
- In close cooperation with Front Office and gastronomy, you ensure that meetings & events meet the wishes of our customers from planning to execution
- You quickly recognise upselling and cross-selling potentials – and you like creating additional added value for our guests
- You contribute ideas and actively develop our event and seminar offerings
- You keep an eye on market trends – and you have a sense for recognising new business opportunities
- You prepare analyses and reports on sales activities, revenue and customer feedback in a structured manner and use them to derive optimisations
- If necessary, you support proactive sales or take on deputising roles – flexible and solution-oriented
Qualifications
- A completed commercial or hotel management training forms your foundation
- You communicate confidently in German and English – both spoken and written at native speaker level
- You have further training in the area of meeting & events, sales or sales management
- Experience in a similar position – ideally in the event, meeting, hotel or sales sector
- Organisation is in your blood, and you keep an overview even with several projects at the same time
- You enjoy working with people – you appear confident, friendly and professional
- You are communicative, confident in negotiation and actively approach customers
- Flexibility and team spirit characterise you, and you like to pitch in when it matters
