What you will do
- Cleaning of porcelain, glass, cutlery, and cookware in the dishwashing area
- Proper waste separation and disposal
- General tidying and cleaning tasks in the dishwashing area and kitchen
- Supervision of the staff canteen and support of the kitchen team as needed
- Compliance with and consistent implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines
What you bring with you
- Experience in a similar position, ideally in the hotel or gastronomy sector
- High commitment as well as physical resilience and stamina
- Independent, reliable, and clean working style
- Teamwork skills and a sense of responsibility in everyday work
- Good spoken German skills are mandatory, additional language skills are an advantage
