Spitex 24 AG is a company in the healthcare sector with around 200 experienced, dedicated employees. Today, we are one of the largest private Swiss care providers and care for clients in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
What you will do with us:
Your main activity during your training will be daily basic and treatment care as well as household activities with our clients at home. At the beginning of your apprenticeship, you will undertake accompanied assignments with your trainer and other trained employees, gradually being introduced to the profession and gaining initial experience.
Additionally, you will exchange ideas with other trainees during our weekly learning afternoons and be able to solidify your expertise through in-depth tasks.
What you bring with you:
- Completed secondary school A
- Average grade of 4.5 or better in the main subjects German, Realien / Nature, Human & Society, and Mathematics
- Accurate, independent, and conscientious working style
- Pleasure in personal contact with people and no fear of contact
- Team spirit and good manners
- Commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm
