Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of warehouse logistics for Swissgrid's network components. You will work with internal and external specialists, contribute your specific knowledge in the field of logistics, and take on the following tasks:
- Participation in the setup and taking responsibility for the warehouse locations under development at Swissgrid
- Setup, introduction, and support of the warehouse management system in collaboration with IT and purchasing specialists within the SAP environment
- Central contact person (SPOC) for warehouse and logistics matters concerning stored materials and components
- Close cooperation with specialists of the materials and components to be stored for warehouse management (goods receipt, storage, goods issue, shipping)
- Organisation of transports from the warehouse to deployment sites, if necessary
- Responsibility for the continuous development of Swissgrid's warehouse management
What makes the difference
For this responsible position, we are looking for a committed and motivated individual with a systematic, goal- and solution-oriented working style. Ideally, you bring the following:
- Several years of experience in logistics
- Logistics specialist with a federal professional certificate (BP)
- Driving licence category B
- Basic knowledge of electrical high-voltage components is an advantage
- Quick comprehension and good understanding of complex contexts
- Communicative and proactive personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
- German as mother tongue, French is an advantage.
