Purchasing Officer
Tasks
As a purchasing officer, you support the operational and strategic purchasing in ensuring a smooth, economical, and qualitatively flawless material supply. You process orders, monitor delivery dates, check order confirmations, and maintain data in the ERP system. In addition, you assist with supplier communication, tenders, evaluations, and the creation of key figures and reports - thus contributing to the optimization of purchasing processes.
Requirements
You have completed a vocational training (EFZ) - ideally in a technical environment - and have initial experience in purchasing, planning, or logistics. You are familiar with SAP (ideally SAP-MM/S/4HANA) and MS Excel, and you work accurately, structured, and reliably. You think economically, are willing to learn, team-oriented, and communicative - also in English (B1-B2) in written contact with suppliers.
