Tasks
- Coordinate emergency responses with Feuerwehr, Polizei, and medical organizations.
- Support clients in adapting to their new environment through structured daily activities.
- Enforce house rules to ensure a safe and clean living space.
Skills
- Must have a secondary education with an EBA and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
- Basic MS-Office knowledge and strong communication skills in German and English.
- Ability to handle conflicts and maintain a trustworthy relationship with clients.

About the job
Activities- Know, practise and respond correctly in emergencies – coordinate with fire brigade, police, medical emergency organisations and the centre management. This responsibility is primary for this position and is emphasised separately here
- Support a meaningful and well-organised daily structure. Introduce and accompany our clients in their new environment
- Assume the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Support and contribute to safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
- Organise as well as instruct and work situationally in the internal workfare: preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning, enforcement of hygiene regulations
- Organise and carry out admissions, discharges and transfers
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal Vocational Certificate (EBA)
- 4 to 6 years relevant professional experience
- Career changers possible
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
