Your tasks
Bedarfsermittlung für die Produktion und den Betrieb aus unserem ERP-System
Angebotseinholung und Verhandlung mit Lieferanten
Überwachung von Lagerbeständen und Buchungen
- Monitoring of delivery schedules and procurement costs
Verwaltung von Preisen und Konditionen
- Lagerbewirtschaftung gemäss unseren Einkaufsgrundsätzen
- Prüfen und Pflegen von Stamm- und Dispodaten
- Continuous improvement of workflows in line with our Lean philosophy
Your expertise
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung sowie eine Weiterbildung zum Einkaufsfachmann/frau mit eidg. Fachausweis
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Einkauf und in einer vergleichbaren Position
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP-Systemen und ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
Erfahrung in der Verhandlung mit Lieferanten und Erstellung von Verträgen
- Analytisches Denken mit strategischer Affinität
Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
