Your Tasks
- You contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
- You assist with the daily care of our residents and train our apprentices
- You participate in handovers, team meetings and further training
- You recognise and manage emergency situations
- You create care documentation and individual care plans
- You mainly work early and late shifts and take on day or shift responsibility
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nursing specialist HF, AKP, DNII, DNI
- You are motivated and gladly apply your strong professional and social skills in everyday work
- You have knowledge of RAI/RUG and careCoach
- Good oral and written German skills (B2)
- Your cheerful manner actively contributes to a workplace culture where residents and staff feel comfortable
- Own car and living in the region
