Country IT Manager Switzerland 100%

In this key position, you are responsible for the local IT organisation and ensure a stable, secure and future-oriented IT operation. You lead the Infrastructure & Operations as well as Data & AI teams (7 employees) and act as the central interface between business, IT and external partners.

• Leadership, management and further development of the local IT organisation

• Responsibility for IT operations and IT infrastructure at the Swiss locations (Münchenstein, Bülach, Zurich Airport, Oftringen, Balerna and Dotzigen)

• Development and implementation of the local IT strategy as well as regional and group-wide IT standards

• Management of infrastructure, digitisation and transformation projects

• Promotion of data, BI, analytics and AI initiatives

• Ensuring information security, data protection and compliance (ISO 27001)

• Coordination of requirements and collaboration with business, group IT and external service providers

• Several years of leadership and management experience in the IT environment

• Sound knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, IT projects and digital transformation

• Good understanding of IT governance, cyber security, ISO 27001 as well as data & analytics

• Experience in stakeholder, service provider and escalation management

• Knowledge of logistics system landscapes is an advantage

• Strong leadership, confident communication and assertiveness

• Structured, independent and pragmatic working style

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Customer- and service-oriented

• Very good German and English skills

• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
