About the job
Specialist Nursing Responsibility (m/f/d)
Area of Gerontopsychiatry
Workload 80 – 100 %
Gerontopsychiatry demands more than nursing knowledge. It requires people who observe carefully, want to understand behaviour, can manage crises and approach challenging situations with respect, calmness and humour.
Do you want to help shape gerontopsychiatry professionally and support people with mental illnesses in old age in a professional manner? In autumn 2026, we will expand our existing Gerontopsychiatry department at the new building on the Baden site and specifically enhance care. You can expect a committed team where you actively contribute your expertise and experience, professionally support staff in the demanding daily nursing routine, and jointly promote quality and development. We look forward to welcoming you.
The Regional Nursing Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional nursing and care in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.
