About the job

On our ward, we care for 32 neurological patients in twin rooms. The organisation is divided into two areas, each led by interprofessional teams with different qualifications. As a committed individual for our diverse team with various age groups and cultural backgrounds, you are in the right place, as we maintain a humorous, respectful, and appreciative interaction with each other.

Our patients often require comprehensive support in daily life due to their illnesses. We ensure professionally competent, empathetic, and respectful care according to recognised concepts such as Bobath, Kinaesthetics, and F.O.T.T.

A varied range of tasks from basic and treatment care requires professional competence and a sense of responsibility. An open and constructive error culture is as natural to us as close interdisciplinary collaboration, which ensures holistic care.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: You accompany our patients with your professional expertise and support them in their recovery
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely in our interprofessional team with other nursing staff, therapists, and doctors. Your expertise is highly valued!
• Diversity: You look forward to exciting challenges and continuous learning opportunities. Through the variety of medical conditions, you gain valuable experience and can continually expand your knowledge

Your profile

• Training: Completed vocational training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent training with at least one positive SRK PreCheck
• Personality: You are a communicative individual with a strong customer orientation, social skills, and team orientation. In addition, you are characterised by flexibility, independence, as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance
