Construction Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will independently lead and coordinate construction sites in building construction
• You will plan and control schedules, costs and resources
• Leading and scheduling internal and external teams is also part of your duties
• You will also ensure quality as well as compliance with standards and regulations
• Coordination with clients, planners, authorities as well as internal interfaces and ongoing monitoring of construction progress complete your area of responsibility
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a building draughtsperson / architectural draughtsperson, bricklayer, carpenter or a comparable qualification in the construction trade (m/f)
• Professional experience and/or further training as a construction manager is a great advantage
• Do you describe yourself as an organised and communicative construction professional who enjoys varied tasks?
