Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Operational procurement of pharmaceuticals and selected medical products for HOCH Health Eastern Switzerland using the ERP system SAP-MM (in rotation)
- Timely and demand-oriented procurement of pharmaceuticals and active participation in managing supply bottlenecks
- Recording pharmaceutical master data in SAP-MM and processing company invoices
- Assistance in daily business for specialist inquiries and in pharmaceutical logistics
- Working hours on five weekdays from approx. 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., additionally on Saturday mornings in the regular rotation
What You Bring to This Position
- Pharma assistant EFZ or a commercial basic training with advanced knowledge in pharmaceutical procurement
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical environment
- Structured, precise and independent work with very good organizational skills
- High resilience and ability to set priorities correctly even in hectic situations
- Very good SAP-MM knowledge desirable, but can also be learned
