Your role with us:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring lamination machines
• Ensuring product quality according to specifications
• Documenting production and process data
• Contributing to process and workflow optimisations
• Regular maintenance and simple troubleshooting
• Training and supporting new employees in training

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training or practical experience in an industrial/technical environment
• Technical understanding as well as manual skills
• Independent, reliable working style
• Team-oriented, responsible, and resilient personality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
