- Information and enquiries by telephone and in writing
- Commercial basic training
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- French language skills are an advantage
- Team spirit and willingness to perform
- Customer-friendly communication style
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Experience in the transport sector is an advantage
