The Schönberg Center combines care, support, counseling and education under one roof. In our large modern building, we offer 166 inpatient places. Our focuses are dementia and palliative geriatrics.
As a recognized and well-positioned training company in the canton of Bern, the Schönberg Center offers training places for health professions of all qualification levels and for industrial and commercial professions. Currently, we are training 25 learners and students in 6 different professions.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a immediately or by arrangement a Dipl. nursing specialist with or without additional function as a trainer 70-100%
Your tasks- Active participation and ensuring individual and holistic care and support for our residents at a high quality
- Designing the daily life of our residents while considering individual needs and the social environment
- Performing the roles of nursing contact person and daily responsibility
- Supporting the nursing process responsible in case management
- Assisting in the training of learners and students
In case of taking over vocational training:
- Advising, accompanying, and qualifying the learners and students
- Conducting and leading the vocational pedagogical approach of LAG's (learning and working groups)
- Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF or equivalent
- Professional experience in long-term care and with people with dementia is desired
- RAI knowledge is desirable
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Committed personality who wants to help shape and takes on responsibility
- You appreciate older people and can convey trust and security through your cheerful and reliable personality
In case of taking over vocational training:
- At least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in the long-term sector
- Completed trainer course (100 hours) or willingness to attend
- Enjoy working with trainees
- Diverse and responsible area of responsibility
