- Completed vocational training as well as professional experience in the insurance industry with a passed intermediary exam is mandatory
- High affinity for financial and pension products
- Rooted in the region is an advantage
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation
- High independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
