HR Specialist from 90% to 100%
Main tasks:
- Support staff and managers in HR processes,
- supervise and ensure the entire fixed and temporary recruitment process for the assigned populations,
- provide support and advice to employees and managers, particularly regarding psychosocial risks and protection of personal integrity,
- know and contribute to compliance with the regulatory framework, Collective Labour Agreement, directives and procedures in force,
- participate in project management and event organisation,
- carry out administrative tasks related to the aforementioned activities.
We are looking for:
- Federal Diploma of HR Specialist
- proven experience of more than 3 years in a similar role
- good writing skills, strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR software.
