We are creating a new position for an experienced carpenter (m/f/d) who plans, coordinates, and actively participates in our internal new build, conversion, and renovation projects.

• You plan, coordinate, and oversee our internal new build, conversion, and renovation projects
• You organise the work on our construction sites, coordinate external craftsmen and suppliers, and actively assist when needed
• All-rounder activities in various areas of responsibility
• You carry out general maintenance, repair, and upkeep work on our properties
• You organise materials and resources for the projects
• You document your work digitally and contribute your own ideas to optimise our processes

• Carpenter EFZ or comparable manual training
• Several years of professional experience
• Independent, responsible, and organised working style
• Enjoyment in coordinating projects and practical work
• Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
