Since 1.1.2025, the Spitexverein Kirchberg and Sonnegrund – House for the Elderly have been a joint operation of the municipality of Kirchberg under the name Sonnegrund. The Spitex team provides defined nursing services for around 9,500 residents of all ages. With 20 employees, the team is manageable, competent, and flexible. The Spitex base is located on Ifangstrasse in Bazenheid. 
Sonnegrund is a training company for health professionals as well as nursing students HF. The further development of the entire operation with outpatient and inpatient services for clients is close to our hearts.

Your tasks:

• Comprehensive care and nursing of clients in their familiar environment
• Planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of nursing processes according to interRAI HC
• Participation in the further development of nursing concepts and quality standards
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and relatives

You bring with you:

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognition
• Experience or strong interest in outpatient care 
• Independent, responsible, and empathetic way of working
• Driver's license category B
