Role Objective:

In this position, you will manufacture sophisticated precision parts and small series on modern CNC machines and contribute to efficient and high-quality production. With your expertise in machining technology, programming, and process optimisation, you support the continuous development of manufacturing processes and ensure reliable implementation of demanding customer requirements.

Your Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC turning and milling machines
• Programming and optimising CNC programmes with EdgeCam
• Manufacturing components and small series according to drawings
• Conducting quality controls and process documentation
• Optimising manufacturing processes and co-managing the machine park
• Close collaboration with production planning and active involvement in production workflows

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, ideally specialising in CNC turning or CNC milling
• Several years of experience in machining manufacturing
• Solid knowledge of Siemens and/or Heidenhain controls
• Experience with EdgeCam or comparable CAD/CAM systems
• Good PC user skills and technical understanding of complex manufacturing processes
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness for professional development
