About the job
Your new role
Together with your job partner, you are responsible for the operational, educational and personnel management of the Feldli-Schoren school unit with a total leadership workload of 124%. Within the school management team, you are responsible for all persons involved in the school unit, take on the management of internal school projects and play a key role in shaping "the school of tomorrow".
This position is for you if you
- have completed or are willing to complete a headteacher training
- have several years of leadership experience and an educational understanding of a heterogeneous environment
- enjoy digital work processes, are strong in organisation and have a structured way of working
- possess strong communication skills and holistic thinking and acting
- have an interest in educational policy issues and want to advance school development

Your department
The Department of Schools and Music manages the municipal schools as well as the offerings of the music school and day care. It ensures successful cooperation among all parties involved and places the well-being of the child at the centre of attention.
The Feldli-Schoren school catchment area in the west of the city consists of the two school buildings Feldli and Schoren. In total, around 350 pupils are taught in these two school buildings as well as in five kindergartens.
