Your Tasks

• You take responsibility for the calculation of GU projects based on functional tenders.
• You create tender documents, including performance descriptions, project analyses, contractor information, and construction programs.
• You work closely with internal and external architects to carry out project planning.
• Our clients appreciate you as a competent and honest contact person.

Your Skills and Experience

You have completed training as a technician (architect) and may have already been responsible for calculations in a GU area. You do not need to be a timber construction specialist, but you should have basic knowledge of all trades. As a project manager or construction manager GU, you have already gained valuable experience in handling public tenders and wish to expand and deepen this. You are a team player, work in a structured manner, and possess a high level of commitment and flexibility. Proficient German and good CAD skills are a matter of course for you.
