Here is what you will do
- Independent planning and technical implementation of our diverse new construction and renovation projects
- Creative project development, preparation of concepts for renovations and new buildings
- Competent client consulting and acquisition, including offer preparation and cost estimation
- Proactive construction management with responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality control
- Goal-oriented negotiations with internal trades, authorities, and external service providers
These are your skills and strengths
- Completed training in construction or drafting (e.g., as a draftsman/woman EFZ or in a basic craft education)
- Further education in construction or architecture
- The ability to organize yourself in a very independent work environment
- You are a communication talent and a natural, authentic personality
- You find the optimal solution for every situation and every client
