Technical Security Project Manager (80-100%) - Security & Safety Department

As a Technical Security Project Manager, you will actively participate in the development, integration and evolution of our security and safety solutions, supporting a global, harmonised and innovation-oriented approach.
Your role will help strengthen the Group’s resilience, anticipate risks and ensure a secure and serene experience for all our stakeholders, both in Switzerland and internationally.
YOUR MISSION
Strategy & Design
- Contribute to defining the Security & Safety technology strategy.
- Define security concepts for our real estate projects and renovation projects.
- Prepare the standards and technical files necessary for integrations.
International Deployment
- Create and structure the deployment strategy for new technical security and safety solutions.
- Interact with foreign offices as well as local integrators.
- Ensure the federation, standardisation and coherence of systems across the entire scope.
System Management and Integration
- Participate in the administration and evolution of Genetec, Prysm, HID, IDEMIA, IP video surveillance, intrusion and fire interface solutions.
- Ensure system interoperability through good mastery of protocols: IP, VLAN, OSDP, Wiegand, BACnet, Modbus, API.
- Collaborate with IT teams for cybersecurity, network segmentation and monitoring.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with GDPR obligations applicable to video surveillance, biometrics and access control data.
- Maintain and structure governance documentation, including access rights and data retention rules.
- Strictly comply with data protection laws.
Technology Watch
- Maintain active monitoring of access control, intrusion, video surveillance, security IoT and analytics solution technologies.
- Evaluate new products, participate in POCs and propose relevant technical innovations.
Support & Documentation
- Write and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, operating guides and integration standards.
- Provide technical support to internal users.
- Contribute to managing the inventory of equipment (controllers, readers, cameras, sensors, IoT).
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in electronic security, IT, networks or a similar field.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in technical security, system integration or building technologies.
- Strong knowledge or interest in:
- Genetec, Prysm,
- HID, IDEMIA (biometrics),
- IP video surveillance, intrusion, fire,
- technical protocols (IP, OSDP, Wiegand, API, VLAN).
- Marked interest in security and safety strategy, innovation and technical design.
- Ease in interacting with international contacts and service providers.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
