The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the center of Winterthur directly at the SBB train station. The building includes
98 residence apartments and a care unit with 21 single rooms in the residence, as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
