Job description
The Mandement nursing homes are Medico-Social Establishments. La Plaine Residence is part of it and houses 92 residents. We support people of AVS age who are losing autonomy and sometimes suffer from psychological or psychiatric disorders. Our philosophy is based on multidisciplinary collaboration.
To complete its teams, La Plaine Residence is looking for an ASSC at 80% on a fixed-term contract until 30.04.2026.
Profile sought
The community health and care assistant, under the supervision of a qualified nurse, cares for and supports the resident within the nursing home. In this context, they perform medico-technical acts. They support the physical, social, and psychological well-being of the resident in their environment and help organize their daily activities. They also participate in the development of residents' life projects as closely as possible to their needs and expectations.
Main role :
Actively collaborate in the development of the care team, notably by participating in projects and implementing new therapeutic devices
Actively participate in the supervision of nursing assistant trainees
Participate in the cleaning and disinfection of devices and care equipment as well as maintaining order and cleanliness of residents' rooms and work areas
Contribute to the smooth functioning of the care team
Demonstrate flexibility and mutual support if needed within their team and the institution in general
Participate in internal training defined by management
Search for and communicate information, decisions, etc.
Promote the integration of institutional projects
Show respect, listening, and empathy without judgment towards residents and families
ASSC title validated by a right to practice
