What you will achieve with us
- You are responsible for leading change projects, especially innovation and cross-departmental projects.
- The management of cross-departmental process harmonization and standardization projects, taking into account Lean and EFQM, is also part of your responsibilities.
- You will conceptually contribute to the implementation of strategic programs such as performance management or digitalization.
- You are responsible for analytical activities and the development of decision-making bases.
