In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for the proper functioning of building technology in the assigned critical infrastructures/data centers with an availability of at least 99.95%.
Your tasks:
- Direct execution of orders in the technical field
- Responsibility for the proper technical operation and its maintenance
- Support for order management in the electrical sector (HVAC) (processing maintenance and inspections in ticketing)
- Management of maintenance, transformation, expansion, and renovation projects
- Execution of troubleshooting, commissioning, operation, and acceptance tests
- Ensuring on-call duties and guard services
- Performing/assisting with emergency power supply tests and power-off tests (POT) as irregular night work
Your profile:
- Basic technical training with knowledge of building technology
- Professional experience with electrical systems
- Additional training in project management and facility management is an advantage
- Knowledge of building technology (HVAC and MSRL) desired
- Experienced PC user (MS Office)
- Very good written and oral skills in German and/or French with a good knowledge of the other language
- Driver's license required (Cat. B)
