The Position:

Work within an educational team composed of people from different training backgrounds.

Accompany beneficiaries daily, including weekends according to rotation, individually and collectively, to provide them comfort and quality of life.

Provide delegated medico-technical care related to the level of training, under the responsibility of a nurse.

Participate in the preparation and serving of meals and in the general maintenance of the living area.

Work with a multidisciplinary team for the development and monitoring of beneficiaries' educational projects and therapeutic programs.

Organize leisure activities, outings, camps, and outdoor activities with beneficiaries.

Participate in educational conferences and intersectoral networks.

Collaborate with families, legal representatives, specialists, and various partners.

Manage administrative tasks related to beneficiaries and the educational team.
The
Profile:
-
HES or ES diploma in social education or CFC socio-educational assistant committed to enriching beneficiary support through diversity and complementarity of experiences.

Interest in multiple disabilities, hygiene, and comfort care.

Ease in teamwork, organization and reliability, autonomy.
-
Good computer skills.

Driver's license.
