Workload: 70-100%, home office possible

Your tasks
- Leadership, promotion, and targeted development of the subordinate site managers, mandate managers, and their teams (3 directly subordinate managers, total leadership span approx. 100 employees)
- Ensuring a strong, lived corporate culture based on our Beliefs & Behaviours
- Maintaining constant customer contact and responsibility for the further development of mandates
- Implementation of customer-specific innovation and development projects
- Ensuring quality, SLA performance, and customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a strong network in the healthcare sector
- Preparation and management of the regional budget (P&L responsibility)
- KPI monitoring via PowerBI and implementation of necessary measures
- Ensuring resource deployment, efficiency, and profitability
- Participation in tenders and implementations
- Up- and cross-selling within the service portfolio
- Implementation of strategic corporate goals in cooperation with the management team
- Structural and solution-oriented further development of operational concepts and organization in the Santé area
- Co-design of strategic topics such as hygiene, occupational safety, sustainability, digitalization, and compliance
Your profile
- Completed basic training in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning, or a comparable field
- Further education at HF level in facility management
- Master’s degree in General Management or leadership is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in healthcare and/or hospitality as well as proven leadership experience
- Very good business management knowledge, affinity for numbers, and
- a human, strong leadership personality with a can-do attitude and a pronounced sense for organization and coordination
- Organizational talent with pronounced negotiation skills and networked thinking
- High personal responsibility, resilience, solution-oriented implementation strength – even in demanding situations
- Open personality and high communication skills, combined with strong leadership qualities that build trust and advance teams
- Role model with clear, appreciative communication
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Proficient MS Office user skills
