- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and consulting clients.
- Manage administrative tasks including customer and contract records.
- Collaborate with Spitex organizations and contribute to marketing efforts.
Skills
- You should have a commercial education or relevant customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Fluent in German and able to communicate well in French.

Customer Service and Marketing Employee 80 – 100%
Your tasks
Customer care & advice: You receive enquiries and competently advise new and existing customers.
Administrative tasks: You manage customer and contract administration, maintain master data and handle general correspondence.
Collaboration / communication: You work closely with Spitex organisations, authorities, social services and internal interfaces.
Marketing: You actively assist in marketing and support the development and implementation of corresponding activities (customer acquisition, advertising, website, etc.).
Project work: You support projects and actively contribute to the further development of customer service and marketing processes.
Your profile
You have completed commercial training or have practical experience in customer service or marketing.
You are familiar with MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
You communicate fluently in German and can express yourself very well in French.
You enjoy telephone customer contact and like working with people from diverse backgrounds.
