What you can achieve
- Ensure the operational, personnel and financial management of the delivery ward (approx. 2,600 births per year; approx. 45 FTE) in a complex and dynamic environment
- Actively shape obstetrics and set impulses for the highest quality, cost-effectiveness and consistently patient-centred care
- Design and successfully implement area-specific goals and projects within the framework of the shared leadership model
- Promote a trusting interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Specifically further develop the team and leadership culture and create a motivating environment for excellent obstetrics
What you bring with you
- Completed training or degree as a midwife
- Advanced training in management (MSc, MAS or MBA)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a complex, highly specialised hospital organisation
- Strong leadership, communication and change management skills as well as the ability to inspire people towards common goals
- A high awareness of quality, decisiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and a strong implementation focus
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration and the ability to sustainably shape relationships on an equal footing
