  • Betreuung und Förderung der Baustellen-Teams.
  • Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Kosten der Projekte.

Skills

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bauführer, Bauingenieur oder Baumeister.
  • Führungsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamorientierung.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

TASKS
  • You plan, execute and supervise construction sites in road and utility construction
  • You support and promote the construction site teams
  • You take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs of your construction sites
  • You enforce occupational safety as well as health and environmental protection on your construction sites
  • You represent our company towards the client and the construction management
  • You ensure careful handling of our machines and equipment
REQUIREMENTS
  • Completed training as a construction manager (HF), civil engineer (BSc) or master builder (HFP)
  • Experience in road and utility construction or strong interest in acquiring it
  • Leadership skills, flexibility, resilience and team orientation
  • Precise and efficient working method
  • You understand leading people and managing projects as a holistic task
  • Good oral and written German skills
