About the job
The Gibeleich Retirement Home is a public institution for the care and support of the elderly in the city of Opfikon. It offers a total of 76 care places, distributed across long-term, transitional, and dementia care. Since January 2025, Spitex Stadt Opfikon has been integrated into the Gibeleich Retirement Home. It provides services in the Opfikon-Glattbrugg area and delivers future-oriented and holistic care and assistance at home.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and highly organised individual who wishes to contribute their skills both in deployment coordination and direct care.

Health Specialist with Deployment Planning 70-100 %
TASKS
50 % Deployment coordination at the base
- Organisation and coordination of daily care and support assignments
- Telephone contact person for clients, relatives, as well as internal and external partners
- Planning and adjustment of routes considering quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer needs
- Close collaboration with group leaders and the care team
- Administrative tasks as well as participation in digital deployment planning (Nexus)
20 – 50 % Care assignments
- Care and support of our clients at home
- Implementation of delegated nursing measures
- Observation of the care situation and communication of relevant information
- Contributing to a professional, client-centred quality of care
EXPECTATIONS
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Experience in a Spitex organisation is an advantage
- Enjoyment of organisation, coordination, and customer contact
- Confident use of digital tools; knowledge of Nexus, Perigon, or comparable systems
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- High team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
- Driving licence category B
