What awaits you
•Events: Apprenticeship kickoff, Chiefs for a Week, special SV specialist courses, apprenticeship graduation ceremony
•Salary: 1st year CHF 1,020, 2nd year CHF 1,300, 3rd year CHF 1,550

In the Restaurant Espace in Bern Wankdorf, our host team with 24 employees spoils around 1000 guests daily. The attractive, varied, and seasonally coordinated offer consists of two daily changing menus, vegetarian dish, fresh pasta, marketplace buffet and salad buffet, as well as homemade cold and warm snacks in the cafeteria. Additionally, the gastronomy includes the cafeteria l' Espace and a serviced VIP guest restaurant. Through the in-house catering offer, it is possible to order snacks and drinks for meetings or aperitifs. Regular company events and special occasions are held. The Restaurant Espace has introduced the "ONE TWO WE" program, which SV Switzerland developed in cooperation with WWF Switzerland for climate-friendly community catering. With this, the operation has committed to gradually reducing CO2 emissions. Therefore, the restaurant places great emphasis on seasonal, regional products and an attractive vegetarian cuisine in its offerings.
