FundPartner Solutions offers a comprehensive range of fund administration and bespoke fund creation services. Its teams of specialists bring their expertise in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk management and compliance monitoring of investment guidelines.
As a Business Compliance & Operations Liaison Officer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects between the various company teams as well as with external service providers such as collective wealth managers. You will ensure high-quality operational support, coordinate information flows and ensure compliance of processes related to the administration and governance of Swiss law investment funds. This role is essential to guarantee optimal efficiency and regulatory compliance during the establishment and monitoring of investment funds.
Your role
• Act as the main point of contact for internal teams (legal, compliance, risk, fund administration) on operational and administrative aspects.
• Manage the legal and operational coordination of projects related to the establishment of new funds or management mandates, in collaboration with internal and external departments (managers, authorities, audit, etc).
• Coordinate and monitor client projects, ensuring document collection, deadline compliance and effective communication between stakeholders to ensure their implementation.
• Ensure the updating, management and publication of investment fund data in internal systems, as well as the production of regulatory and operational reports.
• Manage the coordination and administrative preparation of requests from various authorities (FINMA, AFC, etc) as well as internal and external audit requests; participate in activities and tasks related to corporate governance.
• Provide operational support to teams in monitoring and implementing company documents and contracts and participate in the key verification process necessary for the company’s various processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, optimisation of work tools and preparation of documents for clients and internal committees.
Your profile
• Solid experience (5-10 years) in the banking or financial sector, with higher education (Bachelor or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of financial products and operational processes in a financial environment.
• Mastery of Swiss and international regulations, with curiosity and ability to understand the issues.
• Excellent command of French and English (German is an asset), with good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team spirit, client orientation, rigour, autonomy and problem-solving ability.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
