Tasks and Responsibilities

You will intervene at our clients in Romandy, particularly in Geneva, for installations, training, repairs, and maintenance of our systems.

You will undergo in-depth training on our various devices to be able to independently ensure the technical and application service of our medical-technical devices.

You will be responsible for writing documentation and reports on your service interventions, as well as entering data into our FSM management system.

You will work actively and constructively with project teams, sales, and internal service.

To enable you to perform your tasks optimally, we provide you with all the necessary equipment, including a service vehicle.

Skills

You have successfully completed training in the field of mechatronics/electrotechnics or an equivalent training and have a passion for technical products.

Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of medical technology.

You have already gained experience in external service and are ready to travel.

You speak fluent French and have a good knowledge of German. A good understanding of English would be an advantage.

You stand out for your strong customer and service orientation, as well as your good interpersonal skills.

Your profile is distinguished by a proactive, solution-oriented work approach, accompanied by high reliability and a strong team spirit.
