IT Specialist – Systems and Infrastructure - CFC Apprenticeship

Introduction

Are you passionate about IT systems, infrastructure, and technology?
T.R.B. INTERNATIONAL SA is looking for a motivated and curious apprentice to join its IT team as an IT Specialist – Systems and Infrastructure, as part of a Swiss CFC apprenticeship program.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills, gain hands-on experience in a professional environment, and learn alongside experienced IT specialists.

Your Responsibilities

During your apprenticeship, you will gradually contribute to the following activities:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems, workstations, and infrastructure equipment.
• Monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Providing technical support to internal users and helping resolve IT-related requests.
• Contributing to the security, reliability, and smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
• Working with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Documenting procedures, configurations, and technical best practices.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you are:

• Interested in IT, systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Curious, rigorous, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable solving problems and discovering new technologies.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organized, reliable, and motivated to commit to a professional training program.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of English or German is an advantage.
• Eligible to enroll in a CFC apprenticeship program in Switzerland.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, or networks is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn are essential.
