Role Objective:

In this varied position, you support customers and partners with technical questions regarding modern communication and access systems. With your expertise, you develop practical solutions, prepare technical documents, and ensure professional management of projects and customer enquiries. Through your contribution, you help maintain high service quality and successful project execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Telephone and written advice to customers on technical issues
• Preparation of quotations, technical documents, and installation documentation
• Development and elaboration of customer-specific solutions
• Support of the field service in project clarifications and technical elaborations
• Handling of special orders and coordination with internal and external contacts
• Assistance in the maintenance and management of technical data, drawings, and documentation

Your Profile;

• Completed basic electrical engineering training
• Professional experience in a comparable technical role is an advantage
• Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact
• Experience with MS Office, ERP, and ideally CAD systems
• Very good German and good French language skills
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality
