We offer an apprenticeship as a Specialist in Operational Maintenance EFZ, (Specialization in House Services) starting in summer 2026.
The three-year training to become a Specialist in Operational Maintenance is the ideal entry for young people who enjoy practical work. In the specialization of House Services, you will learn cleaning as well as the preservation and maintenance of buildings and facilities. You will get involved where a move is imminent or learn to care for green areas and outdoor facilities.
What you can look forward to:
- An interesting and varied training
- Professional support and a solid introduction to all areas of House Services:
- Maintenance, interim and basic cleaning
- Maintenance and control work of building technology systems
- Carrying out repairs on facilities and furniture
- Disposal tasks
- Area and green maintenance
- Winter service - Work location at all PHSG sites. The start will be in St. Gallen with subsequent changes every 6 months to the other PHSG locations. The conclusion of the 3rd year of apprenticeship will again take place in St. Gallen.
