We are looking for you as
All-rounder:in Bath Restaurant (m|w|d)
Season 2026 | Hourly wage basis | Start from April/May 2026 or by arrangement
Do you enjoy working in the lively bath operation and like to pitch in – whether at the cash register, in the kitchen, or restocking? Then become part of our team in the bath restaurants Solothurn and Gerlafingen and help us ensure a thoroughly successful bath day.
These are your tasks with us
- Working in the kitchen (e.g., frying hamburgers, preparing hot dogs, frying fries)
- Operating the cash register including billing
- Various cleaning tasks (terrace, dishwashing, etc.)
- Restocking goods (kiosk, drinks, pastries, salad, etc.)
- Assisting with events and banquets
Important to know
The assignments depend on the weather – on busy days, there can be long shifts (> 8 h), in bad weather also
short shifts (< 3 h). In exceptional cases (e.g., events), a shift can last into the night. Therefore, we cannot offer a position
with a fixed workload. You will usually be assigned to one bath, occasional assignments in the other bath are possible.
You bring with you
- You are of legal age and live in the area
- German skills at least level B2 are mandatory
- Neat appearance and friendly interaction with guests
- High flexibility: work schedules are created only for the following week
- Weekend work is unavoidable (we especially rely on support on weekends)
- Minimum duration: at least 6 weeks (at 100%) – can also be planned distributed over the season
- Known dates/vacations please register early (preferably even before the bath season starts)

You love to create fine pastry creations from good ingredients? You work carefully, have an eye for detail, and like to pitch in early in the morning so that our customers can experience fresh moments of enjoyment daily? We are especially proud of our Solothurn cake – a classic for which we are known far beyond the region. If you want to contribute to such specialties, then become part of our production team.
These are your tasks with us:
• Production of pastry and patisserie items (e.g., cakes, desserts, etc.)
• Participation in the production of the popular Solothurn cake and other house specialties
• Weighing, preparing, and processing raw materials according to recipes
• Baking, filling, glazing, and decorating our products with attention to detail
• Participation in seasonal specialties
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and cleanliness (HACCP) in the production area
• Proper handling of machines, equipment, and work materials
• Preparation of orders as well as support in inventory management/goods receipt
• Teamwork in production – with a good rhythm and clear processes
• Work usually starts as follows: 04:30 or 05:30
• 1x weekend shift per week: 03:30 (Sat) / 03:00 (Sun)
• 1x Sunday shift per month (2x with many Sundays/holidays)
You bring with you:
• Completed training as baker:in / pastry chef EFZ (or equivalent)
• Passion for pastry, precise work, and high quality standards
• Reliable, independent, and clean working style
