tasks

• you support customers and partners in the commissioning and operation of security systems
• in doing so, you work with Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi, network infrastructures, SQL, servers and cloud services
• you also coordinate technical clarifications and take over after-sales support
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a technical education as an IT specialist, electrical engineer (HF/FH) or equivalent (m/f/d)
• experience with networks, Windows infrastructure, virtualisation and SQL Server is important
• it would be good if you already know the field of security or building technology
• French and English skills are also important
• do you consider yourself communicative, independent as well as customer- and team-oriented?
