Your Tasks
- In line with the guiding principle "Closer to the People", you work together with the team to ensure the satisfaction and quality of life of the residents
- You regularly work actively in care and take responsibility for your resident group
- Independently performing medical-technical tasks
- You maintain the care documentation in CareCoach without gaps
- You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
