ADAX SA is a micromechanics company based in Bevaix that produces precision pins and shafts. Since its establishment in 1927, ADAX SA has specialised in the turning of precision shafts. It is from this activity that the company takes its name:

The company, present in the watchmaking industry, then diversified into the manufacture of complex, high value-added parts for the automotive, aerospace and medical industries.

The micron is the reference unit for ADAX SA. Few companies in the world manage to reach the thousandth of a millimetre. To achieve this precision, all processes are developed in our technical department and methods and all operations are carried out within the company: turning, grinding, rolling, lapping and various types of finishing.

1927, when Charles Lindbergh had just completed the first crossing of the Atlantic, 5800 km in 33 hours, and on the other side of the Channel the first telephone service between London and New York was opened to the public, the first turned parts came out of the ADAX workshops.

Today, almost 100 years later, more than 70 professionals are dedicated to delivering over 100 million parts a year worldwide
