Nursing Expert
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH for 70 - 100 %
Your tasks
Quality management
Hygiene officer
Analysis of highly complex resident situations and support and advice for the
team members in nursing matters
Co-responsibility together with the team leaders for compliance and
improvement of nursing quality as well as resident safety
Participation in internal working groups
Internal and external planning of further training
Taking over educational responsibility for the part-time or full-time HF studies
Creating and adapting documents for the nursing area (standards, concepts,
guidelines, information sheets: )
Monitoring and processing of documents for nursing and vocational training-HF in our filing system
The requirements
Completed training as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
You have several years of professional experience as Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
Current specialist knowledge and experience in the nursing field
SVEB 2 certificate
High social competence, empathy and ability to work in a team
Very good communication skills
Resilient, flexible and capable personality
Taking responsibility and enjoying participating in changes
Good IT user skills and networked thinking
Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
With your advanced expertise, you ensure high-quality, evidence-based nursing.
