For our client, we are looking for a:
Deputy Chef (m/f/d) 100% (without room hour)
Your tasks:- Deputy management of the kitchen in close cooperation with the head chef
- Co-responsibility for the quality, presentation and taste of all dishes
- Leadership, motivation and deployment planning of the kitchen team
- Active participation in day-to-day business (mise en place, service, banquet)
- Development of new dishes and menu concepts
- Control of hygiene, safety and quality standards (HACCP)
- Ordering goods, inventory management and cost control
- Introduction of new employees and apprentices
- Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position or as an experienced chef de partie
- Leadership skills, organisational talent and resilience
- High quality awareness and passion for fresh products
- Creativity, structure and hands-on mentality
- Team player with clear communication
- Very good German language skills
- Responsible key position with development potential to head chef
