The Department of Polyclinics (DDP) offers general medicine consultations. Approximately 55,000 consultations are carried out each year. The department also manages the Unisanté community pharmacy and conducts research and teaching activities, particularly in the field of screening and participatory medicine as well as through the Health and Gender Unit.
For the General Medicine Polyclinic (PMG) sector, we are looking for a
Administrative Coordinator PMG
(80%)
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Planning and management of postgraduate training for the sector;
- Management and organization of conferences;
- Management and organization of various events;
- Semi-annual organization of the introduction of new assistant doctors;
- Ensuring the follow-up of quality documents;
- Updating the intranet and internet;
- Administrative support to the sector manager;
- Administrative support to doctors.
Your assets:
- CFC commercial employee and/or equivalent training;
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel;
- Comfortable with numbers;
- Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and flexible personality.
